Design of Intelligent Feeding Control System Based on S7-1200 PLC

In order to satisfy the needs of pig breeding, an intelligent feeding control system based on S7 1200PLC is designed in this paper. The design scheme selects Siemens S7-1200 PLC as main controller and MCGS TPC7062TI touch screen man-machine interface. article has carried electrical design, including I/O address allocation, circuit so on, written program debugging mode operation mode, finally interface realize configuration using MCGS. After actual operation, runs stably, safely reliably, achieved expected goal, a certain prospect popularization application.
